The Glazed Goose was hatched out of the passion for camaraderie that Ray Glaze has had since he was a kid. Having worked in the construction industry for most of his life, Ray decided 23 years of owning a concrete business was enough. Although construction allowed Ray to make many friendships over the years, he knew it wasn’t where his passion truly lied. In 2015, Ray and Brenda began exploring the idea of opening a small Bar & Grill where they could invest their time, passion, and energy together. In June 2016, that idea became reality in the Glazed Goose.
